SAKS (Sammenslutning af katolske Studerende) is the international Catholic Student Fellowship in Copenhagen, and is part of the youth activism of the Catholic Church in Denmark. It consists mostly of university students, but anybody is welcome to join.
United by our faith in God, and by the Catholic and humanistic values, we see the college years as an opportunity to be challenged and to find a better foundation for our faith. To us they are an opportunity for inner growth and to come closer to God and to others.
SAKS student chaplain is Father Gregers Mærsk-Kristensen. He is available for confession, spiritual direction or just to talk.
After each mass there is a social gathering, where we have the chance to get to know one another. We regularly organise other events, such as prayer evenings, monthly potluck dinners, spiritual retreats and excursions.
SAKS offers a warm, welcoming, international environment, created by people from many different countries and backgrounds...
